The Didache (The Teaching of the Twelve Apostles) (Anonymous, c. AD 50-120). Possibly the earliest extant Christian writing outside the NT. A community manual covering ethics (Two Ways), baptism, Eucharist, church order, and eschatology. Rediscovered in 1873 in a Constantinople monastery.
